An Associate

You pay an existing Recruitment Company an Associate Fee (either just a monthly fee or sometimes an up-front payment followed by a monthly fee). In exchange, you trade through their business using their brand & tools and retain a high percentage of the placement values as a reward (on which you must then settle your own tax). This option may seem like a worse version of a commission only model, but those who offer this alternative argue that you receive more tools and better support, but the downsides of this model (above and beyond your fixed monthly fee and original investment) are the same as the  commission only model. The only benefit of the associate programme above a commission only scheme that we can see is that these Associate Programmes are run by Companies who see this as their primary business, not just an add-on to their core recruitment business.
